How to get rid of dark spots?

 Dark spots are due to many reasons some of the main reasons are long exposure to harmful sunrays, ageing, Hormonal changes, acne or pimple breakouts etc.


Here are a few ways how you can lighten your dark spots and gradually get rid of them without going through harmful and expensive skin treatments :-
1. Potatoe juice :- 
Potatoe contains bleaching properties and also helps in lightening spots and scars from your face. You can directly use potatoe juice over your skin or just mix it with some gram flour (besan) to make a paste out of it to make it more effective.



2. Vitamin C :- 
Using vitamin C serum and moisturizer containing vitamin C can really help in lightening your dark spots. You can also use naturally available vitamin C sources like lemon.




3. Alovera gel :-
Applying alovera over your skin not only helps in getting rid of dark spot but improves overall health of your skin. You can also make a tonner by just mixing some alovera gel and cucumber juice in a 1:1 ratio.



4. Oats powder + yogurt :-
Oats contain a natural extract know as Azelaic acid which helps in treating abnormal skin pigment which is the reason for dark spots.



5. Vitamin E oil :-
Vitamin E helps in lightening dark or brown spots and also promotes skin regeneration it also helps in reducing acne and thus prevents future dark spots.



Prevention from dark spots :-
-Always use a good SPF before going out in sun.
-Remember to always test and use skin products that suits your skin.
-Never use skin products about which you don't know much.
